Expect Enhancements to OEC Portal Reports

Dear Valued Customer, 


The OEC Customer Portal is now equipped with a completely overhauled reporting system designed to enhance your customer experience.


With our brand-new report module features, users can enjoy an improved interface and more effective options when it comes to filtering and receiving reports. Customers will be able to filter using the formats below: 


·     Use Booking Number or PO Number to review booking details and status

·     Use HBL Number or Container Number to view shipment volume, status, and other essential details


Using these unique identifiers, Portal users can track the progress of any order and quickly review all essential details. Additionally, users will be able to create customized reports from these criteria and schedule automatic distribution to themselves and any member(s) of their larger team for seamless collaboration.
