Updated Notice Regarding China Branch offices extension of CNY holidays

To better cooperate with China government epidemic prevention measurements against Coronavirus; along with OEC staffs safety, OEC China offices have filed resumption record with the local government and are waiting to verify by relevant government. We are currently planning to resume normal operations on February 17, 2020. During this period, OEC China offices will assist customers to solve any concerns by telecommuting or having partial shift.

During the period of delayed resumption of work, new bookings and shipments will be affected. It will gradually ease after China resumes normal work. For the goods that have been shipped or arrived at the transit port during CNY holidays and extended holiday period; OEC is working with the carriers to minimize the impact of delayed delivery.
