In order to meet your growing needs, we are pleased to announce that our Freight Management system (Cargowise) will soon be offering more enhancements and upgrades designed to improve the system’s performance, which will better serve your needs. With powerful features and real time visibility, we are confident you will experience significantly enhanced service from us.


Some of the new features you will see when the upgrade goes live on July 10, 2023 include:


1.  A Customer portal integration

2.  Enhanced customer shipment profile report

3.  Improved customer container tracking report

4.  A superior customer invoicing report

5.  Enhanced documents on both import and export cargo

6.  Streamlined customs and compliance reporting


Please note that during the implementation of the new upgrades you may see duplicate reports generated by parallel systems. This is perfectly normal and should not cause alarm. Once the system is completely updated you will only see one system and report.
