The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced it will conduct a four year review of Section 301 China Lists 1 and 2. As part of the review, USTR is seeking public comments on the effectiveness of the tariffs in achieving the objectives of the investigation, other actions that could be taken, and the effects of tariffs on US Economy.

The comment period will open on November 15, 2022 and close on January 17, 2023. The public docket can be accessed here beginning November 15. USTR has posted a preview of the questions you will need to answer in order to submit comments here.
