Update: Section 301 Exclusions on Lists 1, 2, & 3
2019-09-26

Dear Valued Customer,

The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) released additional exclusions to Section 301 Lists 1, 2, and 3. Based on this, importers may be eligible for a refund for certain duties previously collected by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

For a product to be eligible as an exclusion, the Harmonized Tariff Code (HTS) and product description must match those listed by the USTR. If you determine you're paying duty on a product where both HTS Codes and product descriptions match, please contact your customs brokerage representative to see if you are eligible for a refund from US CBP.
