The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has announced it will reinstate 352 of the expired Section 301 China exclusions. Application of this action will postdate to October 12, 2021 and extend through December 31, 2022.

OEC's Customs Brokerage consultants are carefully reviewing each clients' import history to determine your eligibility for these exclusions. Eligible customers will be contacted by their OEC Broker. Customers can also review the full list of exclusions here and can contact OEC if your products meet the description of the exclusion.
