The Office of The United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced the signing of Phase One of the US-China trade deal. As a result, List 4A duty will be reduced to 7.5% from 15% effective February 14, 2020. The tariffs on Section 301 Lists 1, 2, and 3 will remain intact until US and China reach a future agreement.
