Please be informed that effective 11 April 2021, CMA will implement a Booking Cancellation Fee for bookings cancelled before the Actual Time Arrival (ATA), according to the scope below:
Shipments under CMA CGM/ ANL/ APL brands*: Booking cancelled ≤7 days before ATA *Booking Cancellation Fee is not applicable to CNC and Coastal Navigation shipments
The fees are as follows:
Before container pickup by customer
Standard Container/Shipper Owned Container (SOC):
USD25 + VAT 5% per container
Special equipment/ Reefer container:
USD50 + VAT 5% per container
After container pickup by customer
Standard Container/Shipper Owned Container (SOC):
USD50 + VAT 5% per container
Special equipment/ Reefer container:
USD100 + VAT 5% per container
