Some truckers who service the California ports of L.A.-Long Beach and Oakland are planning to stage a protest of the passage of the State of California’s AB5 Law.

As part of the planned protest, truckers are expected to block terminals, which could severely disrupt operations. As a result, these potential actions could delay both the pulling and returning of your containers.

At this moment, we are advising clients to expect no extension of free time unless the terminals tell us otherwise. We are proactively working on alternative solutions with our contacts at each port, especially if protests extend past today.
