Dear Valued Customer,
The Office of the United States Trade Representative announced an extension to certain exclusions of duties applied to products under Section 301 List 3, a trade action imposing duty on $200 billion worth of US imports from China. Imports listed under the extension announcement will continue to be excluded from duty applied under Section 301 tariffs through December 31, 2020 while exclusions on unlisted products expire August 7, 2020.
